 We went to a new playgroup last week and got to meet lots of new baby friends.  Claire had a great time, but wasn't so happy once we got home. 

Claire was very intrigued by the sun shining on the carpet.  She kept crawling up to it and trying to touch and even lick the sun spot.  I love how inquisitive she is at this stage.

Happy New Year!!!!

My daddy worked all New Year's eve so we spent New Year's day relaxing and walking around the neighborhood with my puppy, Jack.  Oh and by the way I wanted to end 2011 right and started crawling New Year's eve :)

Goodbye 2011

 Claire wanted to wear her Christmas hair bow one last time for New Year's Eve.

 Then she wanted to wear this really cool hat from Great Aunt Linda.  Isn't it cute!

 This is what Claire looked like the last time she was in her car seat in 2011. . .

 and this was the first.

Even I forget how small our little baby was until I look back and see the pictures, 2011 was a stressful and amazing year,

 but we also remember the sweet angel Gabriella who went to Heaven in 2011.
