My little helper

 I was putting Jack's bones in a container and Claire decided she wanted to help.  Oh how fun the little things are when you are 22 months old.  

Vacuum

Claire is very scared that when I vacuum I am going to suck up her toys.  When I told her I was going to vacuum Tuesday she started running around the room piling all of her favorite toys onto the couch.  

After watching a fabulous episode of Bubble Guppies this afternoon I told Claire it was time to clean up.   I meant we needed to do the dishes; she thought I meant vacuuming again and cleaned up all of her toys.  I may be vacuuming everyday if this is the reaction I get!

 She piled everything in her chair this time and then sat on it so I wouldn't vacuum her either.

 When Claire does something she deems picture worthy she points to the camera on the counter and insists that we take her picture.  Apparently she thought she was very cute with her Little People Box on her head.

 We got Claire a laptop because she is very fascinated with ours.  She loves to type.  I thought it was funny when I looked over and saw that she put hers on top of ours for storage.  I guess the duck thought it was a good resting spot too.  

Baby doll stroller

 A friend gave us her daughter's old baby doll umbrella stroller.  Claire has not stopped playing with it since the moment she got it.  She pushes it around the house constantly.  I even caught her holding it when she was watching Bubble Guppies.  

I think she is going to be a VERY happy girl when she sees the very cool one that mommy and daddy got her for Christmas.  I knew an umbrella stroller wouldn't hold u to Claire's love of dolls so we went with the the Chicco baby stroller that has amazing reviews and after putting it together I can see why.  It really is like a mini version of her real stroller.  I was lucky to get it on a great amazon.com one day sale.  This kid really loves anything to do with babies :)

Claire

 Claire tried to put on her baby dolls dress.  She was not very happy when she couldn't get it to fit.  

 Claire is always on the run somewhere.  

 She LOVES to take her babies for walks in her shopping cart.  She has been known to also take her books and pacis for walks too.  

 Claire was one very excited girl when I served donuts at our latest play date.  

Yes, donuts make this little girl VERY happy!!!!  Oh and she loves it when we let her sit in chairs like a big girl.  

Christmas cookie fun

Last Saturday we headed to the Carolina Mall to enjoy the Christmas festivities at Chick fil a.  Claire could have cared less about Santa, but Santa Cow (The Chick fil a cow dressed as Santa) was her new bff.  It was such a fun morning with our little princess.  She sat like a big girl at a table and ate her whole kids meal and then got to decorate a cookie at her favorite hair bow vendor.  

Claire even won a  prize in the raffle drawing.  She won a stuffed bear that she decided is a kitty because every time she picks it up she makes it meow.  Do you remember this Christmas outfit from last year???  There are definite advantages to having a tiny girl who can wear clothes for more than a year.  

Wow, I can't believe how bald my baby was.

Christmas Cuties

 No they wouldn't sit still for a picture, ha ha.  We are glad to have such great friends Claire has known almost her whole life.
